The Reserve
Stevens Point, Wisconsin

A former Kmart property was repositioned as part of a mixed-use redevelopment that included a four-story, approximately 220-bed student housing community.

The project demonstrates the ability to identify an underutilized commercial property and transform it into a productive residential and mixed-use asset.

The Reserve is managed by BMOC, Inc.

Rendering of a proposed 200-bed student housing and young professional community strategically located adjacent to The Reserve, a successful, fully leased 220-bed student housing project developed by Mr. Graff.

The property is positioned next to the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point campus and near Sentry Insurance’s office complex, providing convenient access to major employment centers, educational institutions, and lifestyle amenities.
