Meet Marty
“Understand the problem first, then structure the real estate and financing solution around the business objective.”
—Martin H. Graff
A Problem-Solving Approach
Mr. Graff’s approach has consistently been based on one principle: Understand the problem first, then structure the real estate and financing solution around the business objective.
That philosophy now forms the foundation of the firm’s Employer Workforce Housing initiative.
Rather than approaching employers with a predetermined real estate project, M.H. Graff & Associates seeks first to understand the employer’s workforce needs, recruiting challenges, retention priorities and long-term plans.
Current Focus & Initiatives
Mr. Graff works directly with employers, investors, lenders, municipalities and operating partners to identify practical opportunities and move them from concept through execution.
